Develop, present, and optimize influencer strategies across clients and categories
Forecast campaign impact and KPIs, tying performance to business outcomes
Review and guide creative concepts, messaging, and ongoing optimization
Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting development and growth planning
Support influencer negotiations, contracting, and legal coordination
Oversee budgets, invoicing, quality control, and compliance (including FTC guidelines)
Analyze performance data and report on progress against client revenue goals
Identify process improvements and organic growth opportunities
Collaborate cross‑functionally across Dentsu and support new business efforts as needed

Requirements

3 years minimum relevant agency experience
Proven influencer marketing and project management experience
Hands‑on experience with platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar
Experience managing teams, budgets, and contracts
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
Growth‑minded, collaborative, and accountable leadership style
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
