Own the web design and brand experience for a B2B SaaS site, bridging design and development to deliver accessible, high-performance pages while driving conversion experiments and a lightweight design system.

Growth/Conversion Testing: wireframe, design, and test site and landing-page experiments to lift engagement and conversions.
Brand & Design System: maintain brand consistency across vanta.com and evolve a lightweight Figma system aligned with Webflow.
Collaboration & Delivery: lead cross-functional reviews with marketing and engineering to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end web design process, from concept to execution, and work closely with our in-house web developer to implement responsive and user-friendly web designs that focus on functionality, accessibility, and performance
Work with Growth Marketing team to wireframe, design and test conversion experiments on our website and landing pages, with a focus on engaging and converting prospects
Maintain and enforce brand consistency across vanta.com
Create and maintain a light-weight component design system for vanta.com brand elements in Figma, ensuring consistency between design and Webflow development system.
Foster an innovative and collaborative design environment, contributing to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement
