Responsibilities

Defining, driving, and executing the company’s global marketing strategies.
Overseeing the development of marketing initiatives.
Optimizing international campaigns.
Ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to lead market planning, develop innovative marketing strategies, and influence revenue-generating sales initiatives.
Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team to amplify global brand presence and engagement.

Requirements

Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Strategy, including the ability to identify opportunities and align strategies with business goals.
Proven track record in International Marketing, with insights into diverse markets and cultural nuances to drive global campaign success.
Strong understanding and experience in Sales and Marketing coordination to enhance business growth and performance.
Strategic leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, drive accountability, and foster innovation in marketing practices.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
15+ years of professional experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in growth-focused sectors.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with venture-backed or high-growth startups is a strong advantage.
