Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Senior Vice President of Finance. The role will include overseeing financial planning, developing strategies for financial growth, managing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting requirements. The SVP of Finance will be a leader in providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making, collaborating with executive teams, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and formulating strategies for financial growth and sustainability
• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and ensuring accuracy in reporting
• Strong knowledge of core Finance principles and Analytical Skills for informed decision-making
• Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and team management experience in a finance-related capacity
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on collaboration and transparency
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare is highly desirable
