- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance required or equivalent commensurate experience.
- A minimum seven (7) years of senior management experience with a credit union or financial institution.
- Ability to oversee cross functional teams: branch operations, marketing, digital strategy, product development, and service delivery.
- Working robust knowledge of Microsoft Office, Publishing, MCUF/CRM systems, Social Media Platforms, Bank Secrecy Act and Money Laundering rules required.
