Job Summary

Own and drive integrated campaign strategy and delivery across content creation, digital channels, and analytics to shift public opinion and achieve client outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional teams of writers and designers to produce on-time, high-quality campaigns.
  • Coordinate content calendars, mailers, landing pages, social assets, and online ads into cohesive programs.
  • Apply digital analytics and platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, GA, Facebook Manager) to optimize impact and demonstrate value.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and creative for client campaigns, including content calendars, mailers, landing pages, and social memes/graphics.
  • Lead and manage teams of writers and designers to hit deadlines and produce exceptional work.
  • Craft persuasive messages that move public opinion and drive results.
  • Develop integrated campaigns and client campaigns, including content calendars, mailers, landing pages, social memes/graphics.
  • Oversee client relations and project management to ensure smooth delivery and strong service.
  • Contribute to digital organizing efforts and apply familiarity with online advertising, mobile strategy, and web design to campaign work.
  • Utilize digital platforms and analytics to support client and campaign success.
  • Create integrated campaigns using social media, online advertising, email marketing and web design with platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Manager or similar.

Requirements

  • You have at least 7 years of strategic communications experience in labor, advocacy, organizing, politics, or media, and agency experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing and supervising multiple teams or divisions of an agency
  • Proven ability to deliver a range of A+ deliverables and client services across print, web, earned media, and social media
  • Extensive history of managing a team of designers, web developers, digital strategists and copywriters for web and print platforms
  • Experience creating integrated campaigns using social media, online advertising, email marketing and web design with experience using HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Manager or similar platforms
  • Experience generating new business leads, capitalizing on new opportunities, and closing deals to bring new clients into the company
  • All employees in this position are expected to retain a valid driver’s license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker; if this creates an unmitigable hardship, an exemption can be requested in the cover letter.
