Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own portfolio GTM, product and market: Lead go-to-market for a set of products as well as a segment audience, from major launches through multi-quarter adoption programs. Spot cross-product opportunities and synergies that accelerate adoption and revenue.
  • Own the narrative architecture: Own positioning, messaging, and story for your portfolio or segment, keeping it consistent and integrated across channels.
  • Guide field enablement strategy: Guide the enablement strategy for your area (pitch decks, playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, competitive positioning) so the field wins across product and market motions. Measure adoption and conversation quality, not output.
  • Influence roadmap and monetization: Partner with PM and leadership on roadmap, category expansion, packaging and monetization, and long-term value-prop evolution.
  • Scale AI as a force multiplier: Build reusable AI systems (prompt libraries, competitive mapping, automated insight synthesis, scalable messaging) that improve consistency and velocity across PMM.
  • Turn outcomes into market proof: Turn customer outcomes into credible, quantified proof (stories, case studies, references) that powers launches and enablement.
  • Coach and align: Coach PMMs and cross-functional partners on messaging, storytelling, and AI-enabled insight, and advise teams on strategic GTM with data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

  • Seasoned operator: 8+ years in product marketing or a related GTM discipline, ideally for AI, developer platforms, or infrastructure, with deep product and category expertise across a portfolio. As comfortable with the C-suite as a technical launch plan.
  • Portfolio thinker: You see across products, spotting cross-product opportunities, synergies, and GTM motions that accelerate adoption and revenue.
  • Owns narrative architecture: You keep positioning, messaging, and story consistent across a set of products or a segment audience, backed by strong writing and storytelling.
  • Enablement and competitive strategist: You guide the enablement strategy (decks, playbooks, battlecards, competitive positioning) that arms the field to win.
  • AI force multiplier: You build reusable AI systems that make the team faster and sharper, and you track the weekly shifts from model benchmarks to agentic frameworks like AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
  • Roadmap partner: You influence roadmap, category expansion, and monetization with data-backed recommendations.
  • Coach and multiplier: You coach PMMs and partners, elevating craft in positioning, storytelling, and AI-enabled insight, while operating with high autonomy and knowing when to escalate.

Benefits

  • We care about your well-being. Regardless of your location, we will provide you with a competitive array of benefits to support you from our Employee Assistance Program to Local Employee Meetups to flexible time off policy, to name a few. While the philosophy around our benefits is the same worldwide, specific benefits may vary based on local regulations and preferences.
