Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity
• Lead content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement, growth, and conversions
• Manage and mentor junior social media team members
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
• Oversee paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking
• Present strategy, performance reports, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven track record of growing and managing brand presence across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting
• Experience with paid social advertising and campaign management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN PHOENIX METRO AREA TO BE CONSIDERED
• This is a full-time, in-office position in Scottsdale, AZ
• Candidates must reside locally or be willing to relocate prior to start
• No remote work or out-of-state applications will be considered

Preferred

• Experience in content production (photo/video direction, copywriting)
• Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Loomly, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing integration strategies
