Job Summary

Owns senior client relationships and strategic marketing leadership for multiple accounts, driving brand strategy, content operations, and cross-platform execution.

  • Lead client relationships and strategic direction with hands-on delivery.
  • Must-have: 5–8+ years in digital marketing/agency with multi-account management.
  • Standout: End-to-end content production, platform expertise across major social networks, and reporting tied to business outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Lead weekly check ins, manage all communication through Slack, email, and in person meetings, and maintain the kind of white glove rapport that keeps clients loyal and engaged. You are their strategist, their sounding board, and their biggest advocate inside our walls.
  • Strategic Brand Direction: Develop and evolve marketing strategies for each client including brand positioning, content pillars, product launches, and promotional campaigns. You are thinking three months ahead while executing today.
  • Content Operations and Project Management: Own the full content production pipeline from ideation through publishing. Build and manage ClickUp boards that hold creative, design, video, and copy teams accountable to deadlines. Coordinate the production of short form video, long form content, social copy, and PR assets across multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Creative Oversight: Provide detailed, strategic feedback to video editors, designers, and copywriters to ensure every deliverable aligns with the client's personal brand identity and performance goals. You are the quality gate between production and publish.
  • Social Platform Expertise: Oversee all digital deliverables across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms. Manage content calendars, write and approve copy, coordinate video edits, and ensure every post is optimized for the platform it lives on.
  • PR and Visibility: Drive brand awareness through proactive outreach. Secure podcast placements, guest blog opportunities, and speaking engagements for clients and Qinary leadership. Build relationships with media contacts and pitch stories that position our clients as authorities.
  • Community Engagement: Manage social communities with agility. Respond to DMs and comments in the client's voice to drive engagement, follower growth, and genuine connection. You understand that community is not a task, it is a strategy.
  • Performance and Reporting: Track KPIs and analyze campaign data with a focus on actionable insights, not vanity metrics. You are expected to connect content performance to business outcomes and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Operational Discipline: Maintain pristine organization within Dropbox, CRM tools, scheduling platforms, and project management systems. Nothing falls through the cracks between strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • - 5 to 8+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand strategy with a strong preference for agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • - Demonstrated history of managing client relationships in person, not just over email. You have sat across the table from a client, presented a strategy, fielded tough questions, and kept the relationship strong
  • - Deep, platform specific knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook including algorithm behavior, content formats, posting cadences, and engagement tactics
  • - Advanced proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp strongly preferred), social scheduling platforms (Metricool, Later, Sprout, or similar), Google Workspace, CRM software, and analytics dashboards
  • - Proven ability to manage high volume content production across multiple accounts without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can write compelling social copy, present data to a client, and lead a creative kickoff meeting with equal confidence
  • - A direct, solutions oriented communicator who thrives in a fast paced, in person environment where priorities shift daily
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred

  • You have managed 10+ client accounts at once in an agency setting and thrived
  • You have experience in personal branding, executive visibility, or influencer strategy
  • You understand AI tools and how they can accelerate content workflows without sacrificing authenticity
