Job Summary

Drive the luxury social program end-to-end by aligning client goals, planning compelling content, and turning data into measurable impact across platforms.

  • Client & Coordination: Maintain daily client communication and cross-team updates to keep fast-moving campaigns on track.
  • Content & Campaign Execution: Build social strategies, calendars, and copy for luxury brands, plus lead influencer briefs and campaigns.
  • Insights & Optimization: Monitor listening and analytics to refine plans and improve outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Client Communication : Maintain daily direct communication with clients to ensure alignment, addressing any questions or needs promptly, and participate in client-facing meetings to align on goals, present updates, and brainstorm creative solutions.
  • Team and Client Coordination : Keep internal teams and clients on the same page with regular updates, ensuring seamless collaboration as priorities and strategies evolve. This includes managing expectations and timelines within a fast-paced, complex account which will always have many moving parts activating at the same time.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals, brand identity, and audience preferences, ensuring content resonates with target audiences.
  • Content Planning and Execution : Create and manage detailed content calendars and write the majority of copy for social posts, maintaining consistency in posting, messaging, and seasonal or culturally relevant content.
  • Community Engagement : Monitor and respond to social conversations, engage with audiences, and foster brand loyalty through thoughtful and timely interactions.
  • Influencer Management: Lead influencer research, casting, and campaign management side-by-side with the client for various influencer and creator campaigns for the W Hotels and EDITION brands, including developing influencer briefs and organizing details for contracts.
  • Social Listening : Work with the Insights & Reporting Manager to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and brand sentiment, identifying opportunities for brand advocacy, PR, or crisis management.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Work with the Insights & Reporting Manager to gather data and create client reports to highlight campaign successes and provide actionable insights.
  • Adaptability : Respond quickly to on-the-fly requests from clients or internal teams, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
  • Insights and Optimization : Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to continuously innovate new plans, while refining and optimizing strategies for greater impact.

Requirements

  • Experience : 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong preference for luxury experience
  • Exceptional Writing Skills : A dynamic and versatile writer with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand copy for various social media platforms. You should excel at Instagram captions, engaging comments, and other forms of modern social media communication. You’ll take direction from our lead copywriter, master the client’s brand voice, and write content that resonates with luxury audiences.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficiency in all major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and fluency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Keynote, Google Apps, and social analytics platforms like Sprinklr. Experience with paid social is highly preferred.
  • Social Media Passion : A genuine passion for social media, demonstrated by a deep personal engagement with trends, influencers, and the brands you follow. You’re the type of person who’s always exploring the latest platform updates and trends and dreaming up how to execute within them against brand relevancy and internet culture.
  • Luxury and Travel Enthusiasm : A strong interest in luxury and travel industries, with a love for high-end brands in fashion, auto, and hospitality.
  • Creative Thinker : Exceptional creativity with the ability to craft innovative ideas and content that resonate with luxury audiences.
  • Strong Communicator : Outstanding verbal communication skills to complement your writing expertise, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to clients and teams.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented : Strong organizational skills, with a focus on managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proactive and Adaptable : A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Team Player : Collaborative by nature, with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the success of the broader team.
  • Working Hours: Ability to work in US East Coast hours to align with the Client’s working hours.
