Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page).
  • Conduct advanced keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
  • Optimize website architecture, internal linking, metadata, and content structure.
  • Lead content SEO strategy including topic clustering, pillar pages, and backlink planning.
  • Manage link-building campaigns and digital PR initiatives.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Identify conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities from organic traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.
  • Mentor junior SEO team members when required.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge (site speed, schema, crawl optimization, indexation)
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and GSC
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and search intent optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience scaling organic traffic for SaaS, eCommerce, or B2B
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus
