• Marketing Ops: Design cross-functional timelines and resource plans with Marketing Managers, then hand off to Traffic for day-to-day execution.
• PM/Traffic Management: Lead weekly status meetings, track deliverables, and manage capacity risks across campaigns.
• Resource Alignment: Collaborate with area leads to assign the right resources and resolve conflicts to hit deadlines.
