We are looking for a Senior Production Artist to join our growing team. In this integral role, you will support the Creative team, including our Creative Directors, on the development and delivery of high-quality print and digital assets across a range of projects.

You will serve as a brand guardian, ensuring the creative integrity of all client and agency deliverables is maintained in line with the intended vision. You will collaborate effectively across teams, adapt to evolving project needs, and contribute to a high standard of creative execution in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and creating print- and digital-ready files from layouts, visuals, and scamps
• Preflighting and checking all files, and creating high-resolution PDFs for delivery
• Packaging final files and managing archiving processes
• Developing and working with cutter guides and production specifications
• Implementing new layouts using existing campaigns and brand guidelines
• Producing amends for new and existing projects with accuracy and efficiency
• Setting up, preparing, and supplying digital assets for websites, email templates, and animated ads
• Liaising with third-party suppliers, including photo libraries, to manage licensing and usage requirements
• Managing midweight artworkers and freelance support as required

We believe someone with the following skill set and experience could be a good match for this role:

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, alongside working knowledge of Figma
• Expertise in layout and typography
• Proven print and digital production skills, including file preparation and preflight processes
• Knowledge of licensing and usage requirements for third-party assets
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to navigate feedback and collaboration diplomatically
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
