Job Summary

Own platform operations and content production for HKSTP social channels, turning assets into on-brand posts, while coordinating campaigns and tracking performance to guide future creative and distribution decisions.

  • Platform Management: publish, engage, and respond to maintain a consistent brand voice across HKSTP channels.
  • Content & Campaign Execution: support end-to-end asset production and timely rollout within brand guidelines.
  • Performance Insight: monitor metrics and share learnings to optimize future content strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Execution: Support the end-to-end production of digital assets, including social media copy, basic graphic design, and short-form video content
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines
  • Platform Management: Manage daily operation across all HKSTP social media channels, including publishing, proactive community engagement, and managing inquiries to ensure a consistent brand voice
  • Performance Tracking: Assist the team in monitoring social media performance and gathering data to help optimize future content strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with proven track record in digital marketing and content creation

Preferred

  • Proficiency in video editing is a significant plus
  • Proficiency in social post design is a significant plus
