Responsibilities

• Content Execution: Support the end-to-end production of digital assets, including social media copy, basic graphic design, and short-form video content.
• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the rollout of marketing campaigns, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines.
• Platform Management: Manage daily operation across all HKSTP social media channels, including publishing, proactive community engagement, and managing inquiries to ensure a consistent brand voice.
• Performance Tracking: Assist the team in monitoring social media performance and gathering data to help optimize future content strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Languages or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing with proven track record in digital marketing and content creation
• A creative and market savvy storyteller that creates engaging and persuasive content
• Proficiency in video editing and social post design is a significant plus
• An effective communicator with strong project management skills and high proficiency in written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, dynamic, independent, multi-tasking and willing to work under a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices
