Responsibilities

• You’ll be responsible for concepting and designing post-production paid media ads and storyboards for digital channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) both net-new and from existing client materials.
• Creating proposals, sketches, storyboards, and mockups to kickstart new projects and win pitches.
• Aligning to client style guides in digital asset creation.
• Knowledge and application of paid media platform design best practices.

Requirements

• 4-6 years technical experience with paid media ad design, preferably at a performance-focused agency
• Portfolio is required
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• 4 year college degree (preferably in design) or equivalent work experience
• B2C and B2B experience

• Effectively, autonomously + confidently presents design content during client calls.
• Collaborates easily with media + creative teammates, and with clients when receiving feedback.
• Offer new angles, best practices and practical solutions to our design workflows.

• Be eager to push the limits within your work and your personal development.
• Experience using Gen AI tools for ad builds and concepting
• Familiarity with Google suite
• Figma, Asana, Frame.io experience
