Job Description

Responsibilities

Concepting and designing post-production paid media ads and storyboards for digital channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) both net-new and from existing client materials.
Collaboratively brainstorming iterations and next steps based on performance data; delivering top-notch creative for clients.
Concepting and designing Direct Response-focused design assets and storyboards for paid platforms (Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), both net-new and from existing client materials.
Creating proposals, sketches, storyboards, and mockups to kickstart new projects and win pitches.
Aligning to client style guides in digital asset creation.
Knowledge and application of paid media platform design best practices.

Requirements

4-6 years technical experience with paid media ad design, preferably at a performance-focused agency
Portfolio is required
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
4 year college degree (preferably in design) or equivalent work experience
B2C and B2B experience

Preferred

Experience using Gen AI tools for ad builds and concepting
Familiarity with Google suite
Figma, Asana, Frame.io experience
