Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading marketing strategy across multiple clients and bodies of work.
  • Building integrated communications plans across channels (i.e. social media, email, messaging, websites, paid advertising).
  • Developing strategies and compelling content in multiple formats and across new and traditional channels, including social media, email, podcasts, paid media, influencers, and beyond.
  • Conducting audits/reviews of analytics and metrics and evaluating key performance indicators for short and long-term campaign activations.
  • Managing digital channels for select clients.
  • Advise on emerging trends and best practices across the quickly evolving communications landscape.
  • Partnering with team members to develop creative concepts and advise on big-picture communications strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working on cross-channel marketing and communications, with an emphasis on digital-first strategy.
  • An ability to self-organize and track multiple deadlines and project details and communicate effectively with internal staff, clients, vendors, etc.
  • Experience with strategy and creative for various digital and traditional marketing platforms, including social-first video marketing.
  • Strong strategic thinking around how to best utilize communications channels to achieve a clients goals.
  • Experience with paid media placement for digital channels, such as Meta Advertising, Google Adwords, and LinkedIn Advertising.
  • A willingness and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience working with non-profits, whether as a volunteer, employee, or board member.
  • Experience working in a dynamic agency environment, or in an environment advising stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Tribal or Native communities.
