Responsibilities

• Lead Client Strategy
• Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of B2B clients
• Lead discovery, onboarding, goal-setting, campaign planning, and ongoing strategy sessions
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, buyers, sales process, growth goals, and competitive landscape
• Translate business and revenue goals into actionable full-funnel marketing strategies
• Build and present campaign plans designed to generate demand, improve conversion, and influence pipeline
• Confidently advise senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and recommend clear priorities
• Maintain visibility into client satisfaction, account health, scope, timelines, and profitability
• Build and Direct Campaigns
• Develop integrated campaigns across email, content, ABM, paid media, SEO, AEO, sales enablement, and conversion paths

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience
• 3+ years in a client-facing marketing strategy or account leadership role
• At least 2 years of recent, hands-on HubSpot experience
• Agency experience managing multiple clients and competing priorities
• Strong B2B campaign and conversion copywriting skills
• Experience developing and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
