Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tradeshow programs from planning to onsite execution, serving as the primary point of accountability for all show deliverables.
• Coordinate booth logistics and branding decisions, including booth location research, swag, graphics, and materials aligned to each audience.
• Support high-level customer events tied to tradeshows, such as executive meetings, dinners, and VIP engagements, with on-site readiness and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage travel logistics and hotel blocks for attendees, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up as needed.
• Handle additional tradeshow logistics end-to-end and provide on-site support to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field; tradeshow experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple shows and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of moving logistics without losing focus.
• Comfortable engaging professionally with senior-level customers and executives in tradeshow settings.
• Proven ability to work effectively with vendors, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including overnight trips, to support tradeshows and events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with event management or project tracking tools is a plus.
