Job Summary

Own the social content engine for a multi-brand, B2B SaaS presence by planning calendars, creating platform-tailored posts, and repurposing long-form assets into social-ready formats that drive engagement and demand.

  • Content Ownership: publish schedules and calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms to sustain consistent brand presence.
  • Creative & Copy: write and adapt captions, hooks, and CTAs plus basic visuals to fit each channel and audience.
  • Performance & Collaboration: monitor channels, report on reach and engagement, and partner with marketing, sales, and recruiting to align campaigns and employer branding.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily publishing schedules and maintain strategic content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging social media platforms.
  • Develop, write, edit, and publish engaging social media content including captions, headlines, hooks, calls-to-action, polls, graphics, and promotional copy tailored to each platform and audience.
  • Create and repurpose long-form content such as blogs, podcasts, webinars, videos, whitepapers, and thought leadership content into high-performing social-ready assets.
  • Monitor and manage all brand social channels daily, responding to comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support reputation management initiatives by monitoring audience sentiment and escalating issues appropriately when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, recruiting, leadership, and creative teams to align messaging with business priorities, campaigns, and brand objectives.
  • Assist in developing integrated content campaigns that support lead generation, recruiting efforts, client engagement, employer branding, and corporate initiatives.
  • Create and coordinate marketing collateral including one-pagers, newsletters, presentations, event materials, email content, and digital assets.
  • Optimize content for audience engagement, platform algorithms, SEO best practices, and overall campaign performance.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics including reach, impressions, engagement, click-through rates, follower growth, and conversions, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Digital Media, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
  • 4+ years of social media management, content marketing, or digital communications experience, preferably within a B2B, SaaS, staffing, recruiting, or technology-focused organization.
  • Proven experience managing branded social media accounts and executing successful content campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Experience creating engaging written content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with employer branding, recruiting marketing, or professional services marketing is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across platforms and audiences.
  • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling platforms including Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn tools, and similar platforms.
  • Experience using Canva and other content creation tools to develop basic graphics and visual assets.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, digital marketing strategies, and content optimization best practices.
