Responsibilities
LOCAL OFFICE PARTNERSHIP (~85% OF ROLE)
Each office operates with its own local go-to-market priorities. This means your mix of active responsibilities will shift depending on the office and the season. You won't be running every activity for every office simultaneously, but you'll own the full range of these activities over time. You'll meet with Managing Partner Teams regularly to bring their go-to-market plans to life and provide monthly activity and results reports to each office’s leaders. You'll employ a mix of the following activities as appropriate:
- Business Development Enablement — Serve as the marketing point person for Managing Partners in each office. Make outbound outreach easier by building prospect lists, sourcing contacts, preparing research, and coordinating outreach. Support decision-making with business development data analysis in CRM.
- Events — Plan local events including client dinners, tech community gatherings, open houses, workshops, and panels. Manage logistics, invites, vendors, run-of-show, and follow-up.
- Thought Leadership — Support individual brand building for local leaders and practitioners through managing newsletters, finding and pitching speaking opportunities, or running LinkedIn promotion for leaders’ insights.
- Public Relations — Manage local award applications, press releases, podcast coordination, and media relationships.
- Local Digital Marketing — Maintain and improve office landing pages, manage local listings (Google Business, Clutch, etc.), support local social media, and run local reviews campaigns. Track local landing page performance.
- Community Engagement — Proactively surface relevant local events, publications, and community intelligence to office leaders. Support local sponsorships, university relationships, and community-facing initiatives and philanthropic causes.
- Brand Collateral Access — Help local teams understand and access Atomic Object's existing marketing materials: photos, decks, branded assets, swag.
- Operational Standards — Headshots for new hires, bio page publication, booth support, local brand photography coordination, swag inventory and management.
