Job Description

Responsibilities

Set the direction for WDG's marketing efforts
Turn positioning and value into coherent campaigns and programs
Generate and nurture leads through LinkedIn, email, web, and partner channels
Plan and execute integrated programs that support pipeline goals
Track performance tied to awareness, qualified leads, and pipeline, and report on what's working, what isn't, and where to adapt
Work closely with leadership to align marketing with business priorities

Requirements

5+ years of B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth experience
Experience owning marketing work from strategy through execution
Strong understanding of lead generation, nurture, and funnel dynamics
Comfort using data to make decisions and inform next steps
A self-directed approach and readiness to take ownership

Preferred

Experience marketing professional services, agencies, or enterprise offerings
Familiarity with LinkedIn as a primary demand channel
Close collaboration with sales or leadership on pipeline goals
Experience building repeatable marketing processes
