Responsibilities

• Co-create and own the company’s overarching marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets
• Strategic planning across core service lines (crowns, bridges, implants, removable, anterior aesthetics, burs)
• Identify market opportunities, competitive positioning, and expansion strategies
• Set clear marketing objectives, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
• Manage production team and agency relationships
• Direct multi-channel demand generation strategy across digital channels, events, partnerships, and referral channels
• Ensure consistent pipeline generation and clinician acquisition across key markets
• Guide account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value practices, GPOs and additional opportunities
• Oversee campaign architecture and segmentation strategy, delegating execution to team and agencies
• Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across all digital and offline channels

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of marketing experience with 4+ years in a management role
• Proven success managing a data-driven marketing strategy in B2B healthcare, dental, medical device, or similar industries
• Strong expertise in digital channels, marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance optimization
• Experience managing CRM and marketing technology ecosystems (Salesforce preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results through others
• Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills

Preferred

• Familiarity with dental lab capabilities, restorations and digital dentistry ecosystems
• Experience marketing to dentists, specialists, GPOs
