Job Description

The Senior Marketing Manager, Digital & Commercial Marketing owns PNY’s digital marketing ecosystem and commercial marketing execution across web platforms, brand, demand, and go‑to‑market initiatives. This role serves as the strategic and operational hub between Creative, Product Management, Sales, and Channel teams, ensuring that PNY’s messaging, platforms, and launches are unified, compliant, and commercially impactful.

This position has direct oversight of digital platforms, product marketing collaboration, email and CRM strategy, brand governance, and major marketing initiatives, while leading cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes across Channels, Distribution, and End Users.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Platforms & Marketing Infrastructure

  • Own and optimize all core marketing platforms, including company website, Partner Portal, CMS, Email Service Provider (ESP), CRM, and SharePoint.
  • Establish governance, structure, and best practices to ensure web compliance, UX/UI excellence, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into digital execution and roadmap prioritization.

Brand, Content & Creative Leadership

  • Lead the evolution and stewardship of PNY’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Oversee the Creative and Web teams, providing strategic direction while enabling strong execution across design, copy, video, and digital content.
  • Translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing narratives for commercial audiences.

Go‑to‑Market & Product Launch Execution

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to Product Managers, aligning messaging, positioning, and launch execution across categories including Data Center, Networking, AI Factory, RTX Pro, and Commercial Solutions.
  • Lead go‑to‑market planning, campaign execution, and material distribution across Channels, Authorized Partners, Resellers, Distributors, and Direct Customers.
  • Ensure launches are supported by strong digital presence, sales enablement assets, and coordinated communications.

Campaigns, Advertising & Demand Enablement

  • Own quarterly and annual advertising strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and ROI expectations.
  • Direct email marketing strategy and execution via ESPs, ensuring data‑driven targeting, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Leverage analytics and reporting to continuously refine strategy and improve outcomes.

Events & Commercial Marketing Execution

  • Oversee all company events, including trade shows, partner events, and internal commercial initiatives, from planning through execution.
  • Ensure events align with broader brand strategy and deliver tangible sales and partner value.

Leadership, Budget & Cross‑Functional Partnership

  • Provide leadership to senior marketers and cross‑functional contributors, fostering alignment, accountability, and high standards of execution.
  • Manage and optimize large‑scale marketing budgets, ensuring disciplined spend and measurable impact.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Commercial Operations to align priorities and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior or people‑leadership roles.
  • Proven ownership of digital platforms, CMS, ESPs, CRM systems, and web compliance.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, brand governance, and digital best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets with ROI accountability.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; executive‑level communication required.
  • Experience leading or partnering with creative, web, and product marketing teams.
  • Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is a plus.
