Responsibilities

• Content & Thought Leadership: Build and manage a content calendar spanning whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, conference presentations, webinars, and social media; position Dandelion as the leading voice on responsible clinical AI data
• Marketing Operations & Analytics: Stand up and manage marketing tooling (CRM integration, marketing automation, attribution); define KPIs, build dashboards, and use data to drive decisions and report progress to leadership
• Agency & Vendor Management: Source, onboard, and manage external agencies and freelancers for design, content, PR, and other specialist needs; ensure consistent brand voice and quality across all outputs
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Development to support pipeline generation — developing materials, campaigns, and programs that help the BD team engage and convert target accounts in the life sciences and AI developer space; work with Product to translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives for target audiences
• Brand & Positioning: Refine and steward Dandelion's brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity as the company grows and our product evolves
• Events & Conferences: Identify and prioritize industry events; manage sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and Dandelion's presence on the ground
• Marketing Strategy: As our first marketing hire, help define what the function looks like at Dandelion — building the playbook, not just running it
