Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead a team of two on marketing planning & execution to drive market share and revenue growth across key industries such as Energy, Oil and Gas, Engineering, and Finance.
Drive demand for our suite of advertising services across all industries and customer groups.
Be closely focused on KPIs to support revenue growth, and work with commercial teams to drive the lead pipeline for new business acquisition.
Lead on delivering engagement strategies, and work with customer success teams on delivering measurable value to customers.
Ensure agreed value creation metrics are achieved and recommendations made, for action or change, effectively influencing the wider marketing group as required.
Update the Director of Corporate Marketing Development on wider changes in the marketplace and support them in developing go to market strategies for new service development, new product launches, or new routes to markets as required.
Interpreting marketing data insight & campaign analysis critical to understand resource prioritisation for return on effort.
Work with peers across the department to refine operational activities for efficiency and scale programs.
Develop team members who contribute to value creation & a culture of empowerment & enablement where all voices are heard to contribute to the value creation of the department for customers & experts we serve.
Monitor and analyse sales patterns and other performance measures to build marketing strategies and tactics which create value and support the business growth ambitions

Requirements

Proven track record of goal-achievement in a marketing manager role
Successful experience in managing a product portfolio or customer channel
Industry and market expertise especially related to marketing to corporates
Demonstrable customer and commercial awareness – including the competitive environment, potential partner organisations and market trends
Global marketing experience in a high growth environment seeking to build campaigns to optimise untapped or under-developed market potential
Excellent marketing portfolio/channel, relationship, & communication management skills
Commercial and customer focus
Critical and analytical ability
Understanding of statistical and financial information and high level of numeracy
Results driven

Annual salary range: $115,000 base salary + up to 15% annual bonus
