Job Summary

Own the end-to-end proposal support and BD data workflow, with a emphasis on orchestrating RFP/RFQ/LOI/SOQ submissions, keeping tight deadlines, and keeping Deltek Vantagepoint clean for opportunity tracking and reporting.

Proposal Coordination: Own submission of RFPs, RFQs, LOIs, and SOQs and manage timelines.
Content and Collateral: Support formatting, editing, and coordinating resumes, project profiles, and graphics; keep marketing materials current.
CRM & BD Ops: Maintain CRM data and backlog in Deltek Vantagepoint with accurate opportunity, client, and proposal tracking.
