Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create, edit, and manage compelling promotional materials, including publications, presentations, advertisements, and other marketing content.
• Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, engaging, and aligned with the organization's brand identity.
• Tailor messaging and communication strategies based on target audience needs and insights.
• Monitor marketing campaigns and analyze performance data to measure effectiveness.
• Collect and interpret relevant campaign data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.
• Work independently on complex marketing communications initiatives while escalating only the most challenging issues to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in marketing communications or a similar role.
• Previous experience providing leadership, mentoring, or supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
