  • AI Visibility & Search Engines — Build aiEDU's visibility in AI search and answer engines by structuring content and research for citations.
  • Co-branded Communications — Help shape co-branded communications with partners and funders.
  • Marketing Ops & AI Infrastructure — Build and maintain AI-first marketing infrastructure, reusable workflows, prompt libraries, templates, and knowledge bases.
  • Internal Comms & MarCom Alignment — Create centralized internal materials and enable self-serve templates and systems for teams.
  • Executive & Advocacy Support — Draft talking points and briefs for presentations and policy conversations.
  • Listening, Research & Measurement — Monitor media and education conversations and share insights to inform strategy.
