Job Description

Responsibilities

Own overarching organic and earned media strategy across channels including organic social, YouTube, learning center, brand communities, and PR.
Define channel roles, content pillars, and messaging frameworks aligned with brand and business goals.
Identify new opportunities to expand reach, relevance, and community engagement across platforms.
Set clear KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance and optimize over time.
Lead external and internal partners in always-on and campaign content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Oversee YouTube strategy, including editorial planning, creator partnerships, and content performance optimization.
Partner with search expert and agency to develop engaging content for the website that drives SEO / AEO.
Ensure all content is on-brand, educational, engaging, and rooted in audience insights.
Partner with Growth and Creative teams to align organic efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
Partner with internal comms to drive Uqora’s PR strategy.
