Job Summary
Own enterprise storytelling and strategic comms for Salesforce's System of Context, translating complex AI architecture into sector-relevant narratives and guiding launches and media engagement across tech outlets.
- Align Product/Engineering narratives around RAG, data workflows, and agent orchestration to shape enterprise AI perception.
- Build influencer and media relations, expanding reach to tech creators and Substack writers.
- Lead launches and content, mentoring stakeholders and coordinating external agencies for consistent global messaging.
Job Description
Own enterprise storytelling and strategic comms for Salesforce's System of Context, translating complex AI architecture into sector-relevant narratives and guiding launches and media engagement across tech outlets.
- Responsibilities: Product Storytelling & Media Relations — land narratives for the System of Context that turn raw data into governed, actionable context for AI agents.
- Responsibilities: Innovation Discovery — partner with Product/Engineering to surface disruptive features and mine storytelling opportunities pre-launch.
- Responsibilities: Next-Gen Media Expansion — cultivate relationships with emergent media, tech creators, and Substack writers to reach new customers.
