Own North America brand marketing with cross-functional alignment on launches, retailer programs, and calendar-driven execution.

Partner with the Head of North America Marketing to execute the regional brand marketing strategy.
Own and manage the North America marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
Lead North America go-to-market planning for new product launches and key business initiatives.
Develop comprehensive launch plans that support commercial objectives and drive consumer engagement.
Collaborate closely with the North America Sales organization to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Create retailer-specific marketing programs supporting key strategic accounts, including Target, Ulta, and Amazon.
Develop KPI frameworks, monitor business performance, and provide regular marketing performance reporting.
Support the development, tracking, and management of the North America marketing budget.
Partner cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Creative, Sales, Commercial, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs based on performance insights and market trends.
