Job Summary

Drive revenue and brand strategy across a creator-led commerce portfolio by leading launches, product development, and cross-functional partnerships, while building scalable processes and a high-velocity drops calendar.

  • Revenue ownership: set targets, build channel plans, and partner with Finance to hit goals.
  • Product & partnerships: own end-to-end product development, launches, and collaborations with talent and creative teams.
  • Operations & scaling: manage launch calendars, Shopify execution, inventory forecasting, and playbooks to scale the function.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the revenue performance of the brand portfolio -partnering with Finance to set targets, build channel plans, and deliver against goals
  • Define and drive the creative and commercial direction for each brand, from initial concept through launch and lifecycle
  • Build and manage launch calendars tied to revenue goals, ensuring tight coordination across product, marketing, and content
  • Act as the main commerce partner to talent and creative - collaborating on product ideas, launch strategies, promotions, and performance recaps
  • Identify and develop new product opportunities by tapping into trending content, audience signals, and category gaps
  • Lead fast-turn product drops in partnership with creative and talent, including reactive designs, culturally relevant moments, and evergreen capsule drops
  • Own product development end-to-end with external designers and suppliers - from concepting and tech packs through sampling and production
  • Oversee sample and seeding logistics across talent, partners, and internal teams
  • Own the Shopify launch process - building and QA’ing PDPs, managing SKUs, and partnering with E-Commerce & Marketing Operations on execution
  • Partner with the Strategic Analyst on inventory planning, forecasting, and full-funnel performance reporting
  • Drive cross-brand initiatives and collaborations across talent, producers, and internal teams
  • Build and scale the function over time - establishing processes, playbooks, and eventually a team
