Member retention and recapture
Build and manage broker/FMO relationships
Lead broker engagement strategies
Track referrals and conversion metrics
Partner with health plans on growth initiatives

Requirements

5–7+ years in Medicare Advantage, managed care, provider engagement, sales/growth, or community engagement.
2–3+ years leading teams or cross-functional market initiatives.
Experience with AEP, T65, Medi-Medi campaigns required.
Strong broker/FMO engagement background required.
Proven membership growth results required.
Experience with health plans or IPA/MSO environment required.
Strong analytical and excellent communication skills, both oral and written, required.
Knowledge of CMS Medicare marketing guidelines.
Experience with FQHCs, IPAs, brokers, senior centers, and provider groups.
Existing broker/FMO relationships preferred.

Nice to have

California/Sacramento Medicare market experience preferred
Existing broker/FMO relationships preferred
Experience in Medicare growth roles preferred
CRM or campaign tracking experience preferred
Typing speed of 40 wpm or more is a plus
Must have mid-level skills in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Access is a plus
