Responsibilities

• The Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of marketing Cenikor’s family of services to insurance referral sources, including healthcare systems, clinics, other substance abuse treatment facilities, community organizations, learning centers and any and all other referral sources.
• This position will manage the design and editing of internal and external marketing materials, while maintaining cohesiveness between facilities and the facility support center office.
• Work with management to develop, implement and identify strategic marketing initiatives to meet the needs of the Foundation, including all printed materials, Cenikor website, social media sources and any other identified marketing sources.
• Utilize internal resources and outside vendors to develop marketing materials with consistent branding, design and messaging across all facilities within effective pricing and budgeted structure(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. Marketing or Business degree preferred.
• Five years of Marketing/Business Development related experience required.

Preferred

• Experience with non-profit, substance use disorder, health care, mental health or education is preferred.
