Job Summary

Own the data backbone for marketing by building a unified analytics stack, standardizing KPIs, and driving cross-channel attribution and forecasting to improve acquisition ROI.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Design and govern a cloud analytics ecosystem, tracking architecture, and data quality across multiple brands.
  • Demand Data & Reporting: Unify cross-channel data into scalable dashboards for marketing leadership and forecasting.
  • Measurement & Forecasting: Establish attribution models, KPI governance, and budget scenario planning to optimize spend.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a centralized marketing analytics ecosystem
  • Consolidate data from multiple business units and marketing channels into a unified reporting environment
  • Establish KPI definitions and governance across the organization
  • Build scalable reporting and dashboard solutions for marketing leadership
  • Improve attribution accuracy across paid and owned channels
  • Oversee tracking architecture, tagging frameworks, conversion measurement, and data quality
  • Partner with technical teams to develop data pipelines and warehouse solutions
  • Create forecasting models, performance targets, and budget scenarios
  • Develop testing frameworks to measure incremental marketing impact
  • Deliver insights that improve acquisition efficiency and marketing ROI

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing analytics or marketing operations experience
  • Experience owning a cloud-based data warehouse environment
  • Hands-on SQL and Python experience
  • Experience with Snowflake, Looker, dbt, or similar modern analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing attribution and measurement
  • Experience integrating multiple marketing and business data sources
  • Ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
  • Experience supporting performance marketing teams
  • Multi-brand or multi-business-unit experience
  • Insurance, financial services, marketplace, ecommerce, or other high-performance marketing environments are highly preferred
