Senior Manager – CRM & Enterprise Data & Platforms

Position Summary

The Senior Manager – CRM & Enterprise Data & Platforms is responsible for end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives supporting patient programs, CRM platforms, enterprise data integrations, and digital applications within a regulated healthcare environment.

This role owns project planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight to ensure delivery meets scope, timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements. The position requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, structured governance, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex, regulated ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

IT Project Delivery & Execution Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure across patient services platforms, CRM applications, enterprise data integrations, and digital systems.

• Define and manage project scope, milestones, workplans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

• Drive requirements planning and documentation in collaboration with business stakeholders; translate needs into structured deliverables, user stories, and release plans.

• Oversee release planning and deployment activities including cutover planning, change windows, and hypercare support to ensure production stability.

• Ensure operational readiness through training coordination, communication planning, documentation, and transition to support teams.

• Continuously enhance delivery rigor through adoption of standardized templates, playbooks, and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Governance, Compliance & Quality Oversight

• Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory requirements by partnering with compliance, quality, and platform teams.

• Manage required approvals and maintain documentation and evidence to support internal and external audits.

• Establish and drive structured governance frameworks across projects.

• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate timely escalation and decision-making through governance forums and steering committees.

• Maintain high delivery quality standards aligned with organizational and regulatory expectations.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, compliance, operations, and external vendors.

• Track and communicate project progress through structured reporting (weekly status reports, executive updates, and steering committee materials).

• Clearly highlight key decisions, risks, and escalation points to senior stakeholders.

• Manage vendor and partner performance against agreed scope, timelines, and SLAs.

• Oversee deliverable reviews, issue resolution, and action tracking to ensure accountability and alignment.

Resource Planning & Operational Coordination

• Support resource planning and allocation across multiple projects and workstreams.

• Identify capacity constraints and proactively escalate resourcing risks.

• Coordinate interdependencies across workstreams to optimize sequencing and delivery flow.

• Drive business adoption readiness through training and change management coordination.

• Ensure seamless transition of deliverables to operations and support teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8–12 years of IT project management experience, preferably in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.

• Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and enterprise data ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of data integrations, workflows, and system dependencies.

• Demonstrated experience in governance, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
