Responsibilities

• Deepen high-value creator relationships. Identify the creators who matter most for each client, be their primary point of contact, and develop them into anchor partners through content coaching, incentive deals, and consistent communication.
• Own community strategy in our Discord. Design and run best-in-class challenges and incentive programs, and keep engagement consistently high.
• Grow the creator community. Build a repeatable creator acquisition and recruitment funnel: sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and activation. Scale the community without diluting quality.
• Recruit top-tier creators. Bring L3+ creators into our Discord community, using your network, targeted outreach, and the strength of our incentive programs to make it the place high-level creators want to be.
• Own creator KPIs across all brands: - Video quantity per sample - GMV per video - Creator-driven GMV - Number of L3+ level creators
• Set the playbook. Build the SOPs and processes that let our Community Manager execute at volume. You define the strategy and handle the top tier; they run the long tail.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a creator/affiliate relationship-building role. You have personally recruited, managed, and developed creators.
• 2+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or talent management, with meaningful time in commerce-driven programs.
• An existing network of creator-and-talent-manager relationships you can speak to specifically. We’ll ask about real creators you’ve developed and deals you’ve done.
• Experience running creator communities (Discord or similar): programming, challenges, incentives, and moderation strategy
• Fluency in TikTok Shop mechanics: affiliate commissions, sample programs, creator levels, and short-video/live commerce dynamics
• Comfort owning KPIs. You can read performance data and adjust strategy from it.
• Agency instincts: able to juggle multiple client brands, priorities, and voices at once

Preferred

• Experience developing mid-tier creators into top performers
• Familiarity with creator CRM/affiliate tooling and automated outreach workflows
• Experience designing gamified community programs (leaderboards, tiered rewards, seasonal challenges)
