Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the ideation, art direction, and execution of seasonal Home initiatives from concept through final delivery.
  • Create aspirational visual storytelling across photography, video, site, social, retail, CRM, and experiential.
  • Partner with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, customer-centric work and consistent brand expression.
  • Bring fresh inspiration from home, lifestyle, retail, cultural trends, and emerging creative technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
  • Contribute to a collaborative creative culture through thoughtful feedback, shared ideas, and high creative standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field and 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field OR 5 years' experience in editorial content management or related field.

Preferred

  • Digital Content Management, Editorial, Retail Management, Supervising Associates, WE-Working for or withCreative Agencies
