Job Description

Defining and executing a multi-year vision for community marketing programs that drives measurable long-term impact
Building and scaling high-performing teams, including two ICs, while developing leadership capability across the function
Owning community marketing KRs and being accountable for both short-term results and long-term community health metrics
Shaping org-wide thinking on community and advocacy, influencing how the broader marketing organization integrates community into its strategy
Aligning teams and senior leaders around strategy and long-term priorities through clear, compelling communication
Using community insights and data to guide strategy and investment decisions, demonstrating ROI of community programs
Overseeing multiple programs and managers while maintaining quality, coherence, and impact across all community initiatives
Partnering with executive leadership on community strategy and serving as the internal authority on community best practices
Define vision and strategy for community marketing programs, aligning with broader marketing and business priorities
Contributing to broader marketing roadmap and planning processes, bringing an opportunity lens to org-level prioritization and resource decisions
