  • Keep track of program development and communicate to all stakeholders to ensure visibility throughout the program lifecycle during the execution & launch phase
  • Oversee and manage program activation plans, timelines and implementation from start to finish
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure best-in-class work and output for our clients

  • Exceptional organizational and project management experience with a proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives, anticipate risks and course-correct in real time
  • Demonstrated success owning senior-level client relationships, including retention, growth, expectation-setting, and navigating challenging conversations when needed
  • Strong judgment and confidence to provide thoughtful pushback, set boundaries, and advocate for the right solution for both the client and internal teams
  • Ability to identify trends across programs and proactively flag insights with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Highly independent with previous experience working with experiential teams, creative partners, activation teams, podcast hosts, and/or social influencer agencies
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and lead cross-functional partners across multiple offices and regions
