120/80 GROUP, the nation’s fastest growing communications consultancy, is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Performance Analytics to join our team to lead the evolution of our marketing intelligence capabilities. This role goes beyond campaign reporting—you will design and implement AI-powered analytics systems that enable more predictive, automated, and strategic decision-making. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with many of the world’s most innovative AI companies, and partner closely with client and internal leadership to translate complex performance data into clear business insights, while also building the infrastructure that powers those insights.

What You’ll Do
- Lead AI-driven analytics initiatives, leveraging tools like Gemini, Claude, and other LLMs to automate reporting and generate actionable insights
- Develop advanced performance frameworks that move beyond reporting into diagnostic and predictive analysis
- Design and evolve dashboards and reporting systems, integrating multiple data sources into a unified view of performance
- Translate data into clear, executive-ready insights that inform strategy and business outcomes
- Drive campaign optimization across paid and integrated channels, including testing, targeting, and budget allocation
- Analyze performance across paid, earned, and owned channels to identify key drivers and opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with growth marketing and communications teams to ensure data informs decision-making
- Mentor and guide junior team members, elevating team capability in analytics and AI application
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in performance analytics, marketing analytics, or communications measurement (agency experience preferred)
- Strong experience with paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve workflows, analysis, or reporting
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A builder’s mindset—proactive, solutions-oriented, and excited to create scalable, intelligent systems
Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000/yr
