Job Summary

Own the Ads Analytics function by turning cross-channel data into strategic recommendations, shaping measurement frameworks, and delivering scalable, client-ready performance solutions across campaigns and partners.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Build and scale attribution, reporting, and data tooling to enable trusted client insights.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, Product, and Data Science to align analytics with campaign outcomes and testing results.
  • Client Narratives & JBPs: Translate data into strategic recommendations for agency and client partners and develop joint business plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead parts the Ads Analytics team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and development to team members
  • Represent Ads Analytics in cross-functional initiatives and leadership forums
  • Drive innovation in measurement methodologies, tools, and reporting capabilities
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for agency and client partners, translating data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Data Science teams to align analytics with campaign performance and testing outcomes
  • Oversee the development and delivery of client-facing measurement and performance solutions and results across key business categories
  • Develop and scale measurement frameworks and joint business plans (JBPs) that align with client and agency goals
  • Lead strategy development of scaled solutions on common reporting queries and inefficiencies in process.
  • Build team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and skill development
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards and continuous improvement across analytics outputs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, marketing measurement, or media strategy/planning,
  • 2+ years of experience in people leadership, including coaching and performance management of direct reports.
  • 2+ years of experience leading client-facing analytics engagements
  • 2+ years of experience with a working understanding of marketing analytics methods (e.g., MMM, MTA, A/B testing, incrementality)
  • 2+ years of experience with demonstrated ability leading and collaborating on cross-functional workstreams.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Business, Data Science, Advertising, Media, Sociology)
  • Experience working with advertising agencies and their holding companies
  • Experience translating media performance and KPIs to business outcomes
  • Experience translating marketing analytics methods (e.g., MMM, MTA, A/B testing, incrementality) to non-marketing cross-functional partners
  • Familiarity with tools such as BigQuery, Tableau, Excel, and Copilot
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DV360, Meta Ads)
  • Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence across levels and functions
