Job Summary

Own demand generation and channel-to-revenue programs, leading multi-channel campaigns, pipeline forecasting, ABM, and measurement, collaborating with Sales and external partners to optimize attribution, messaging, and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Paid Media
  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across paid digital, email and nurture, and organic channels, with a sharp eye on what drives leads and pipeline.
  • Manage paid media budgets and targeting to maximize efficiency and pipeline contribution.
  • Contribute to SEO/AEO efforts to ensure Bestow is discoverable at every stage of the buyer journey.
  • Sales Alignment & Pipeline Accountability
  • Run the pipeline review cadence with Sales and roll up a marketing-sourced number for the Director to bring into forecasting.
  • Lead win-loss analysis and feed insights back into targeting and messaging.
  • Manage Salesforce campaign structures and hygiene to ensure clean attribution and reporting across every program.
  • Channel-to-Revenue Programs
  • Own channel-to-pipeline attribution and ROI reporting across all campaign types, and use it to help shape what the Director prioritizes next.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in demand generation, integrated campaign, or revenue marketing roles in B2B, ideally SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Motivated by owning execution and eager to bring your on-the-ground read on channels, campaigns, and Sales to strategy planning and review sessions.
  • A true generalist — you've run paid media, email/nurture, ABM, and events, and you're energized by breadth rather than narrow specialization.
  • Comfortable owning the connection between marketing activity and revenue: pipeline reviews, attribution, forecasting contribution, and win-loss analysis.
  • Experience building or running ABM programs, including account tiering and personalized account-level campaigns.
  • Fluent in Salesforce (or similar CRM) and marketing automation platforms; you know how to structure campaigns for clean reporting.
  • Data-driven — you track what matters and use performance data to continuously improve programs.
  • A builder's mindset: energized by creating structure and process from scratch as the first hire on a growing team.
  • Comfortable with AI-powered marketing tools and excited to use them to work faster and scale personalization.
  • A strong collaborator who can work across Marketing, Sales, and external partners (including agencies) to get campaigns out the door and performing.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and equity based on role
  • Policies and managers that support work/life balance, like our flexible paid time off and parental leave programs
  • 100% paid-premium option for medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Lifestyle stipend to support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing
  • Flexible work-from-home policy and open to remote
  • Remote and WFH options, as well as a beautiful, state-of-the-art office in Dallas’ Deep Ellum, for those who prefer an office setting
  • Employee-led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
