Own influencer programs end to end across client accounts and build a growing US creator network that drives measurable impact for campaigns.

Influencer Strategy: source, negotiate, brief and approve creators to fit brand goals and KPI targets.
Campaign Optimization: track performance, extract insights, and shape future influencer playbooks.
Network Growth: expand the US creator roster and partnerships to elevate the agency’s standing.

Responsible for the successful running of all influencer activity on client accounts
Developing influencer and creator strategies that align with client business goals, brand vision, audience behavior and campaign KPIs
Oversee outreach to influencer partners including sourcing, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, usage, and overall program management
Reviewing and approving influencer content to ensure it is on-brief, legally compliant and creatively compelling
Tracking campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize influencer program strategies and to shape future recommendations
Recommending paid amplification, boosting and distribution opportunities where influencer content can work harder across channels
Building strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day influencer lead across active accounts
Develop influencer specific ways of working documents and processes for the agency to maintain across all clients
Oversight of influencer budgets, working with the Client Services Director to maintain profitability across all campaigns
Building Coolr US’ creator network and partnership portfolio, helping establish the agency’s presence and reputation in the US influencer space
