Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Munchkin’s influencer and creator strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Source, vet, pitch, negotiate, and manage creators and talent managers from outreach through final deliverables.
  • Build and nurture a diverse roster of creators, with a focus on long-term relationships and brand advocacy.
  • Lead influencer campaigns including briefs, contracts, timelines, content approvals, usage rights, and payments.
  • Partner with Social and Creative to develop creator content that feels authentic, culturally relevant, and native to each platform.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify creator content across Munchkin’s organic and paid channels.
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, and key learnings to continually improve the program.
  • Stay ahead of creator trends, emerging talent, and cultural moments relevant to parents and families.
  • Ensure influencer partnerships follow FTC guidelines and Munchkin brand standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or a related field.
  • In-house consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, and social trends.
  • Proven experience managing creator relationships, negotiations, campaigns, and budgets.
  • Excellent creative judgment—you know what makes content feel authentic vs. overly branded.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, or similar.
  • Experience with paid social, whitelisting, usage rights, or affiliate/social commerce is a plus.
  • Passion for parenting, lifestyle, consumer brands, and the ever-changing creator landscape.
