Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end GTM process for BuyerSight customers, from strategy and campaign development through execution and optimization
• Write and optimize AI prompts to research prospects, personalize outreach, and improve campaigns at scale
• Write compelling outbound copy that generates interested responses and sales meetings
• Design and run experiments to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
• Analyze ongoing campaign data and continuously optimize performance
• Collaborate with software engineers and data analysts to improve AI models and automation
• Document experiments, results, and learnings to build and maintain our internal knowledge base
• Stay current on emerging techniques and tools in outbound sales, copywriting, data enrichment and scraping, and generative AI

Requirements

• Extensive experience writing and optimizing outbound sales campaigns using Clay
• Excellent business writing and outbound copywriting skills
• Excel and data analysis skills
• Sales or marketing experience with a strong track record of generating new sales opportunities
• Experience with generative AI and prompt writing
• Experience with modern outbound sales tools such as EmailBison, Smartlead, Instantly, Hypertide, and n8n
• Strong data scraping and enrichment skills, including the ability to build workflows that combine multiple data sources and APIs (e.g., Google Maps, Apify, Trigify, Serper, LinkedIn)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently learn and implement new tools and technologies

Preferred

• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices is a plus
