Job Summary

Own the end-to-end RFP/pitch storytelling for new business, aligning requirements, deadlines, and a cohesive narrative across strategy and thought leadership.

Lead the pitch process and ensure on-time delivery across RFPs and presentations.
Create and connect the story outline with strategy, weaving a clear red thread through all assets.
Collaborate with Central Strategy to embed predictive storytelling into pitches and develop client-facing assets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Reviewing and having a proficient understanding of a clients request for proposal instructions, deliverables guidelines, due dates, etc., in order to inform and direct the agency pitch team
Oversee the pitch process and logistical details in preparation for proposal submission or pitch presentation
Create best practices for new business storytelling
Partner with strategy to create the initial pitch story outline
Ensure that there is a red thread throughout
Comfortable collaborating across thought leadership to move work forward and ensure new business content is being created in order to meet RFP deadlines.
Work in partnership with Central Strategy to support the development of future-forward/predictive storytelling solutions and their incorporation into our pitch story
Conceptualize, contribute to, and create client-facing assets (capes decks, RFI/RPF, case content, IVA etc..)

Requirements

Must be willing to travel
Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in a service or sales position
Must have strong writing skills
Must have a general understanding of PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must have proven experience in consistently meeting deadlines
Ability to collaborate with others to complete tasks
