Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and as needed on occasion.

- Relevant experience working in a Healthcare or Academic setting is highly desirable.
To provide highly specialized technical support in the graphics area of design and production.
Job Duties:
- Uses computer graphics design software to produce complex printed material for incorporation into brochures, articles, books, posters, letters, etc.
- Works with customers to plan project production to keep within time limitations and budgetary guidelines; determines the most appropriate method of preparation to meet printing production deadlines.
- Creates high-quality designs for poster sessions. Provide the skills necessary to design and print high-quality color large-format posters.
- Monitors and assists in prioritizing multiple projects.
- Makes recommendations for new equipment purchases and purchases of software and or upgrades to management when necessary.
- Assists in various training programs to enhance the level of knowledge of others in the graphics area.
- Produced specialized drawings and illustrations to meet customer requests.
- Be current and knowledgeable of the University Branding Standards.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting
